In May, 2016, EVA purchased Bowers & Wilkins (B&W), a 50-year old, worldwide leader in premium quality audio products. The combined companies will operate under the Bowers & Wilkins name and together, will significantly accelerate the long-term vision of both companies, marrying B&W with the best of Silicon Valley technology and UX expertise.
